This 2 -Day safari will take you to Tarangire and Ngorongoro Crater. This is designed to offer you an intense taste with high level of satisfaction. We will take you to Tarangire National Park, which is famous for its large group of countless elephant families and iconic baobab trees. You will experience the jewel that is Ngorongoro Crater, breathtakingly beautiful, best place in Tanzania to see the Big Five Animals and Nomadic society living and interact with wildlife inside the area.
Arusha to Tarangire National Park: 2 Hours
Program of the Day: Our Safari guide, from our office will pick you up from the Airport or hotel in Arusha and drive you for approximately 151km to Tarangire National Park, while carrying lunch boxes he will share with you stories about Arusha and the Maasai culture along the way.
Upon Arrival you will enjoy a full day game drive through Tarangire, famous for its vast elephant herds, diverse landscapes, and predators like lions and leopards. A packed lunch will be served inside the park. The game drive ends around 4:00 pm, after which you’ll head to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Activity of the Day: Wildlife game drive.
Karatu to Ngorongoro Crater: 30 Minutes
Program of the Day: After breakfast at 6:00 am, you will drive to Ngorongoro for an early game drive inside Ngorongoro Crater. The early drive offers the best views of the crater and the most active wildlife.
This park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, featuring the largest uninterrupted caldera in the world, and is one of the Natural Wonders of Africa. It is home to about 30,000 large mammals, including buffalo, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and rhinos, as well as many bird species, such as flamingos, eagles, and buzzards. You can expect to see many animals in a short time.
The game drive will end in the afternoon, allowing for a convenient transfer back to Arusha/Kilimanjaro Airport for your flight to another destination.
